After 30 years in the design industry, Southern-born Interior Designer Glen C. Kinnaird opened his first NY interior design firm, Kinnaird Designs & Interiors (KD&I), in 2007. His new firm and online store NYC Modern Home, was launched in 2015 and is his latest venture. NYC Modern Home works on two commercial projects and three to four residential design projects per year since reopening after the pandemic in 2022.
